Hi, I’m Lee – and I’ve been in your chair too.
I know what it feels like to carry quiet pain, unanswered questions, and the weight of things left unspoken. That’s why I hold space with such care and intention, because I’ve walked my own path of healing, and I deeply honour the courage it takes to begin yours.
In our sessions, I gently explore the layers that make up your story, your early attachments, the way you experience the world, your patterns of coping, and the quiet parts of yourself you may be avoiding or escaping. Often, it’s those hidden corners that cause the deepest harm. Together, we’ll bring them into the light, slowly and safely.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked as a photographer, drawn to people and their raw, unspoken truths. I used to observe through a lens, seeking to capture the subtle nuances of emotion. Now, I observe in a different way, through deep listening. My aim is to hear not just your words, but also what lies beneath them: What are you afraid of? What wounded you? What defence patterns are shaping your life today?
We’re here on earth for roughly 4,000 weeks if we’re lucky enough to reach 80. I believe every one of those weeks matters. It’s my passion and privilege to support you in making those weeks more meaningful, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.
